SILENT POOL GIN JOINS PROOF DRINKS

We are proud to announce that the award-winning and super-premium gin, Silent Pool Gin will be joining the Proof Drinks Portfolio.

Silent Pool Gin was launched in 2014 on the Albury Estate in the heart of the Surrey Hills, by Ian McCulloch and James Shelbourne. The brand already boasts retail listings with Waitrose and Majestic Wines, as well as, strong on-trade listings across the UK.

Silent Pool Gin

Silent Pools signature gin, with 24 botanicals carefully chosen for their uniqueness. All the botanicals work together in unison to afford a romantic, complex flavour.

Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark and cubeb. The smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey.

Silent Pool Rose Expression Gin

Rose Expression Gin shares the Silent Pool Gin DNA in terms of its complexity and refreshingly individual character, however, the core recipe has been refined to complement and enhance the rose notes. Some of the original botanicals – pear, bergamot, cubeb and cardamom – have been increased while lemon becomes the leading citrus.
