Cazcabel Tequila Create the Vegan Eggspresso Martini for Easter

Decadent chocolate cocktails are top of the agenda at Easter, so this year we decided to create our very own with Cazcabel Coffee.

Teaming up with quirky cocktail bar group Near & Far London and chocolatier Divine Chocolate, we planned to create an Easter twist on the classic serve, the Espresso Martini.

We wanted to make the cocktail vegan, so it was a little bit different from the usual ‘chock-tails’. We also decorated the drink with some cocoa bunny ears, garnished it with a Divine Chocolate vegan mini egg and re-named it the Eggspresso Martini to make it really Easter themed!

The cocktail starts with a base of Cazcabel Coffee, our traditional blue weber agave Blanco Tequila blended with a roasted hit of luxury Arabica espresso from the coastal region of Soconusco in Mexico. This is then shaken with more espresso and ice and infused with sweet vanilla and a hint of fresh orange.

Near & Far London consists of three sites in Peckham, Angel and the most recently opened, in March 2019, Camden. The concept is inspired by world travels, particularly Palm Springs.
