When rehydrated, it delivers the bright, vibrant character of fresh lime juice – ideal for high-volume venues and cocktail programs where consistency is key. One 116 gram sachet equates to one litre of lime juice, containing the juice of approximately 34 fresh limes, offering a remarkably efficient and consistent alternative to hand-juicing.
