Mellow Corn is produced in accordance with the unique set of regulations that define Straight Corn Whiskey.

PRODUCT
Mellow Corn is distilled from a mash of at least 80% corn and aged for four years in a once-used bourbon barrel. Compared to the deep amber colour created by the newly charred oak barrels in the production of other Bourbons and American Whiskeys, the result of the used barrel is a lighter, straw-coloured spirit.

WHY WE CHOSE MELLOW CORN
Heaven Hill Distillery is one of the few remaining producers of the unique whiskey. It resembles a style of whiskey that was produced by some of the first settlers. A truly unique product to have in our portfolio.
