Libations! Lyre’s takes over Imbibe Live

Imbibe Live is the annual innovative and interactive exhibition for anyone who sources, buys or serves drinks in the licensed on-trade. Thousands of sommeliers, buyers, managers, publicans and bartenders descend on the show each year to scout out the best and brightest of brands. So, it’s THE place to be for all the latest drinks to showcase their wares and make themselves known to the right people.

It was the perfect place for us to launch this revolutionary range to the trade: Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Spirits. Forget confusing, original botanical flavours: each drink is designed to be an exact replica of its alcoholic original. With an astonishing 13 different spirits and liqueurs in the portfolio (and more to follow), we knew we would make a splash at Imbibe. We really did; visitors were amazed at how closely the drinks resembled the alcoholic versions.

As meticulously as the liquids, we crafted a full bar to serve an array of new era non-alcoholic serves. This was our menu:

Lyre’s Gin and Tonic: Lyre’s Dry London Spirit and Tonic

Lyre’s Espresso Martini: Lyre’s Coffee Liqeuer, Lyre’s White Cane Spirit, Cold Press Coffee and Vanilla Syrup

Lyre’s Amaretto Sour: Lyre’s Amaretto, Lemon Juice, Egg White and Angostura Bitters.

Lyre’s Negroni: Lyre’s Dry London Spirit, Lyre’s Rosso Vermouth and Lyre’s Italian Orange

Lyre’s Old Fashioned: Lyre’s American Malt and Angostura Bitters

Lyre’s Italian Orange Spritz: Lyre’s Italian Orange, Lyre’s Rosso Vermouth and Scavi & Ray Prosecco Alcohol-Free
